Mr. Ivan Davidov, SISSAF Project Director and Joint Head of Implementation at Human Dynamics made a presentation of the project and outlined key principles in Donors’ coordination that can be implemented in Lebanon. He also spoke about the Energy Sector Awareness Campaign that SISSAF recently launched. Mr. Davidov took the opportunity to announce the start of a drawing competition in Lebanese schools for the academic year 2015-2016. The initiative is part of the Communication campaign launched in September 2015 by the SISSAF project and the winners will be announced next year at the BEF 2016.

“The aim of the drawing competition is to engage children in a creative exercise and identify their vision about Energy Efficiency or Renewable Energy issues, as we believe kids can be part of the solution. Kids are game changers and we have to learn from them”, Mr Davidov said. During the event, two TV spots, giving valuable tips on energy saving actions as part of the Awareness Campaign, were broadcast on screens in the conference hall.
